Water Sprite Oolong (Zhang Ping Shui Xian)

This gorgeous, buttery oolong is plucked by hand from tea plants a minimum of fifty years old! Water Sprite (or ZPSX, as it's popularly known in tea snob circles) is gently formed into tiny darling bricks that can brew up to four separate sessions' worth. A session with this tea can be between ten to twenty infusions, depending on your brewing method. We like this one brewed in a gaiwan or french press best!
