This Inevitable Rooibos

As I said in the review for the Defeat the Dungeon sampler, this is the most bright, energetic tea I’ve had without caffeine. I’ve been drinking it when I want to be alert in the evenings. The spice is really nicely balanced if you steep according to directions, but if you forget you made tea and wander off for 15 minutes, the ginger will power-wash your sinuses and give you x-ray vision, while still tasting nice. I’m looking forward to oversteeping and drinking this with honey next time I have a cold.

One of my favorite teas ever. The hint of chili with the vanilla leaves you warmed and comforted. This is a perfect after-dinner tea.
