The tragic romance of self-awakening meets the robust earthiness of underground transit in this Fiery blend of Brandy, apple, herb and flower on a charcoal-roasted oolong base. A very adaptable tea suited for many applications! Whether hot or iced, as a base for a cocktail or in culinary contexts, follow your impulse and see where the creativitea train takes you!
Ingredients: Roasted oolong tea, black tea, apple, rosemary, mallow flower, pine smoke, natural brandy flavoring
Approximately 60mg of caffeine per cup
Steep at 185°F or 85°C for 3-5 minutes.

I love this tea, it was exactly what I hoped it would be. It has a very smoky taste and I’m into that, but if you’re not into strong smoky flavors, maybe pass (the cookbook to the next Compensated Anarchist). I do think the other flavors balance it out nicely, with a sweet undertone.
It has enough of a kick to get me going in the morning without sending me into caffeine jitters. Lasts two good steeps for sure, the rest varies on method of brewing, etc. (Two is usually where I have to cut myself off, even if I want more.)
