Qilan Oolong

I spent a long time not liking Oolongs, honestly. Then I found a very expensive Oolong, and I liked it, and that became my go-to Oolong. It turns out, most of the Oolongs I'd had and not liked were simply made incorrectly, but that didn't change the fact that I had a favorite, and I always defaulted to that. And one day, I was telling Friday this story, and she asked me "have you ever tried Qilan Oolong?" And I said no, no I hadn't, and Friday said "Try this, trust me."

And now I have a new favorite Oolong, and yes, I have tried many others since trying the Qilan (I have to make sure), but you know - I always come back to the Qilan. It's really delightful, with a nice finish and a mellow aftertaste. It's my go-to afternoon tea, and it really helps make my day a little better. Highly recommended.
