Mrs. Bennet’s Nerve Tonic is an absolutely crucial part of my evening post-Adderall care protocol. This tea provides a smooth and altogether pleasant approach and landing from daytime addy edge into warm and serene evening. Don’t know what i’d do without it.
Tasty--I tend to find chamomile to be the overwhelming flavor. (Shake the bag upside down a bit, or stir, or dig out at the bottom to avoid the fluffy flowers up top dominating the first couple servings in a bag especially.)
/ Still good! Calming, headache helper. Lastly, I would buy this one bagged, given the opportunity, as I find the little bits scatter in a press or a strainer, so I like to brew in a tea sock. Can get a second steep--or just get a really nice first steep.
Hands down my favorite chamomile blend. It's so flavorful and relaxing, I absolutely love it.
I work in a small office with 9 other people. Some of those individuals are extremely volatile under pressure. When phones are ringing off the hook, people from other departments are knocking on our door bringing more paperwork, when computer programs are slow or frozen, when they can't decide what they want for lunch or they don't like what they chose they get loud, they want everyone to feel their moaning angst and dissatisfaction. This tea keeps me relaxed, focused on my tasks, able to allow my co-workers to vent and shriek all they want and it will rollover me like water over a stone. Love this tea. I make a bag of it. Drop it in my water vessel and sip away on it all day. Go home and leave the roar behind. Om Namaste'
