Lulling You into Complacency

First time trying puer anything, and the balance of black tea and vanilla with earthy flavor here is encouraging me to venture further down the puer hole. This one’s nice with or without sugar. Could drink it either way depending on the mood of a given day. Does liking this mean I’ve been successfully lulled lol?

When I first opened the package, I had to take a minute just to bask in the glory of the smell of this tea! (Seriously, if you figure out how to do a scented candle or oil diffuser that smells like this tea I will break the bank!)
I definitely over steeped my first try, which got me a little down hearted (I loved the smell so much! I wanted to love the taste!) Second go around went much better and this is now one of my all day teas. First brew can be quite tannin-y for my liking but I tend to milk and honey my first cup of the day so it works out ok for my morning ritual.
Once I got the timing right, I made sure my tea sister at work got a little sample of this one! She did a happy dance when she smelled it!
