This is a nice tea! I got a sample of it and found it to smell strongly of cinnamon before blending and to taste florally sweet and comfortingly spiced when brewed. I’ve added a dash of milk and sugar to my cup of it before drinking and found that to be a comfortable combo. The flavors blend nicely together and don’t need an overdone amount of sugar or sweetener added in my opinion! Great stuff, will have to order more next time it’s in season.
I love the complexity of this chai-adjacent tea, with the blend of spices and florals. It’s a little on the heavier side in terms of flavor (sometimes it feels more like eating something than drinking something—in a good way) but is oh so delicious if that’s what you’re in the mood for. It’s great brewed strong with milk and sugar.
Roses and warm spices create a smooth blend that has become my favorite tea from here, which is saying something.
I am a sucker for any sort of spiced tea, and this blend is a nice spin on the traditional chai with the softer floral notes. I like it best brewed chaiwalla style (simmered with milk on the stove).
