Gunpowder tea is formed by rolling tea leaves into tiny pellets that look like gunshot! This, combined with the rich mineral sediment left in the cup after drinking, is how the very popular Chinese green tea earned its name. Try a few fresh mint leaves in your cuppa for a North African twist!
